Our client is a well-known bakery and is seeking a Bakery Manager to join their friendly store in Winchester.
We are looking for an experienced manager with leadership experience in food service and customer-facing environments. Proven track record of managing teams, delivering excellent customer service, meeting sales and KPI targets, and maintaining high food quality and safety standards. A motivated and adaptable leader who excels at coaching staff, improving performance, and creating positive customer experiences.

What we are looking for:
* Previous experience in a management or supervisory role within hospitality, food service, retail, café, bakery, or restaurant environments.
* Experience leading, motivating, and developing teams.
* Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service.
* Experience managing sales targets, budgets, and KPIs.
* Food preparation and food service experience.
* Knowledge of food hygiene, food safety, and quality standards.
* Experience in staff training and coaching.
* Ability to manage stock, wastage, and controllable costs.
* Experience working in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
