Bakery Assistant (Part-Time)
East Belfast | Part-Time | Immediate Start
Salary: £14.00 per hour, with review after 3 months
Hours: Approx. 16-20 hours/week - Sun, Tue, Thu, Fri, 05:30-10:00 (may vary week to week)
About the Role
We're hiring our first bakery assistant to join a growing local bakery based in East Belfast. This part-time role covers early mornings and offers a genuine opportunity for growth as the business develops. Key Responsibilities
Bakery assistant duties including food preparation, packing, stock rotation, and maintaining a clean, food-safe working environment during early morning shifts.
Requirements
Must be local to East Belfast or able to commute for early morning starts
Able to lift 20kg+
Able to carry out repetitive manual tasks accurately and consistently
Reliable, punctual, with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Baking or food production experience is desirable but not essential - full training provided
