Wright Staff are currently looking for experienced B1 (Van Driver) drivers for new contract.
The opportunity – Wright Staff are proud to represent a large well known family manufacturing company located in Aston.
Our client is looking for B1 (Van Driver) drivers to work on ongoing, supporting their current team. Delivering manufactured gaskets & turned or machined parts
The Job – The perfect candidate will be expected to drive B1 (Van Driver) long wheelbase or smaller caddy style van all the vehicles are all reasonably new and are kept in like new condition. There is hand ball on this job as you will have to unload mainly by hand.
On this job you can expect 10 to 20 drops per shift. Shift length can be long but are in keeping with the law and normal start times are between 05:00am & 08:00am in the morning.
Pay;
Monday to Friday
Days £12.00 per hour PAYE only
Night £13.00 per hour PAYE only
Weekend’s & Bank holidays
All hours £15 per hour All hours PAYE only
** NO Limited company contractors **
You will require.
* UK B1 (Van) driving licence, held for 2+ years ideally.
* Good general knowledge of motorway networks
Minimum experience, training or qualifications required: Drivers must have their category B1 Van Licence with no more than 3 points with no TT’s, IN’s, TS, DR, or DD codes showing. You must have a valid UK Digi Card and Full CPC. They also must be physically fit and happy to deal with the public.
