The Role
A reputable organisation in Oxford seeks a B1 Licensed Engineer to become an integral part of their dynamic team. This position not only offers a competitive salary but also includes comprehensive training on type rating, ensuring continuous professional development.
The successful candidate will have the privilege of working on an impressive fleet that includes AS350, AS355, AS365, EC120, EC130, EC135, EC145, and EC155 aircraft. This diverse range of aircraft provides a stimulating work environment that promises to enhance your technical skills and expertise.
What will you be doing?
* Accomplishment of Maintenance inspections and repairs as directed by Maintenance Supervisors. This is a certifying role that requires a Part 66 Licence in B1.3 (Turbine Rotorcraft). The ability to work as a team leader and to high standards to ensure continued safe operation of the aircraft.
* Completion of maintenance, including airframe structure, power plant and mechanical and electrical systems. Replacement of avionic line replaceable units, requiring simple tests to prove their serviceability.
* Supervision of maintenance fitters and the certification of their work.
* Also required to assist in day to day running of Hangar, including aircraft movement and general housekeeping responsibilities.
What will you bring to the party?
* Part 66 B1.3 Licence
* Experience in a rotary environment. Type training on specific types will be given to a suitable candidate.
* Working knowledge of UK CAA regulations most importantly Part 145, Part M and UK ANO requirements is essential
