This isn't a role where you're just ticking boxes. You'll be trusted to certify your own work, make judgement calls in a fast-moving operational environment, and play a hands-on part in both scheduled maintenance and AOG response - no two days quite the same.
What you'll be doing

Following proper handover procedures in line with the MOE
Keeping company premises to a high standard and flagging any facilities issues

Speaking up through the SMS if you spot anything that doesn't meet the company's Flight Safety Standard - engineers who take ownership of safety, not just process, thrive here
Taking on other reasonable duties as they arise - the role has scope to grow with you
What you'll bring
Unrestricted UK B1 licence (or dual B1/B2) - EASA licence is a bonus, not a requirement
At least one relevant type rating (B737 NG or B737 CL)
5+ years' aviation engineering experience
A proactive, self-motivated approach - you don't wait to be told
Strong communication skills, written and verbal
Good judgement under pressure, in an environment that changes fast
Sharp problem-solving and organisational skills
Why this role
You'll be part of a close-knit engineering team where your certification carries real weight, your input is heard, and the variety of the job - line, base, and AOG - keeps the work genuinely interesting. If you want a role where you're trusted to own your work and make a visible difference to the operation, we'd love to hear from you
