AWS Project Manager Opportunity
Lynx Recruitment is currently working with an AWS global IT consultancy that are looking for a Project Manager.
As an AWS Project Manager at, you will have the opportunity to lead and guide software engineering, platform engineering, and IoT delivery teams.
* London, Remote working
* £70,000 - £80,000
Key responsibilities:
* Establish strong relationships with clients at various seniority levels
* Develop delivery roadmaps and set key milestones to monitor project progress
* Manage stakeholders and report on project performance
* Collaborate with tech leads and clients to gather requirements and communicate them to development teams
* Lead project teams, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within budget
* Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
* Facilitate Scrum ceremonies for project delivery teams
* Enforce discipline in backlog management
* Play a crucial role in removing obstacles for the teams
* Develop metrics to measure team performance and guide them towards achieving desired performance levels
* Implement improvements in delivery processes
Experience:
* Degree educated within an IT or Business-related field
* Strong experience working within an AWS environment
* Experience in coordinating technical teams
* Experience in implementing project management processes and tools
* Familiarity with Agile and Lean software delivery methodologies
* Experience in delivering software engineering and AWS solutions
