Awaab's Law Team Leader
Lead a team that makes a real difference.
Peabody is seeking an experienced Awaab's Law Team Leader to lead a specialist team managing Awaab's Law cases, ensuring residents receive safe, healthy homes through timely, compliant action and excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities:
* Lead and support a team of Awaab's Law Leads and Administrators.
* Manage cases from identification to resolution, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements.
* Work closely with operational teams and contractors to coordinate investigations and remedial works.
* Monitor performance, analyse trends and drive continuous improvement.
* Ensure residents receive clear, empathetic communication throughout their journey.
About you:
* Experienced people leader with a track record of delivering high-performing services.
* Background in repairs, compliance or housing case management.
* Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
* Experience handling escalations, complaints and high-risk cases.
* Comfortable using housing management systems, reporting tools and Excel.
