North London
£35,000 - £45,000 + Bonus + Commission + Benefits + Healthcare + IMMEDIATE START
An outstanding opportunity for an Account Manager to work with high profile clients and lead a team at one of London's leading and most innovative venues. You will be based on site on behalf of an industry leading audio visual production organisation and will be the go to representative for clients and partners, supported by a technical delivery team. If you have been based in a venue, have sales experience in AV and a background in live music or corporate events, this could be the ideal position for your future career.
Our client is looking for an AV Technical Account Manager that is capable of working with clients from concept all the way through to delivery. Being able to confidently manage communication between your employer, the venue, clients and collaborating third parties will lead you to excel in this role and continue to develop in the long term. You will need a strong understanding of audio visual solutions for events and the ability to manage teams of colleagues and contractors.
Your Role as an AV Technical Account Manager will Include:
* Conducting initial site visits and briefings with new and existing clients
* Providing quotes for audio visual solutions in line with budgets and specifications
* Working with the venue partners, production teams and third-party suppliers to deliver events on site
The successful AV Technical Account Manager will need:
* Experience of audio visual production equipment used for live events
* Strong sales, account or project management background in relevant industry
* Good communication skills, ability to speak with both technical staff and clients
