Job Duties Include:
- Successfully manage a Service team including; Technicians, Advisors, Service Reception, Drivers and Valeters
- Provide excellent leadership skills and help develop all team members
- Implement and deal with budgets and figures
- Use forward thinking processes to motivate and drive the team forward
Requirements:
- Experience within a Workshop role is essential
- A proven track record of building and managing teams
- Excellent Customer Service skills is a must

This position is a rare opportunity to join an established family run business as they search for a Service Manager. As the Service Manager you will not only provide assistant to the team but provide and implement processes to help the business/employees move forward. Working Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm and some weekend work when required/as per business needs. A strong salary basic of up to £42k is on offer with a bonus structure on top of this.
