Service Advisors for vacancies based in
Swansea

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established automotive business offering a competitive salary, a structured working pattern and long-term career prospects.
The role offers a basic salary
of £32,598 per annum, rising to £33,575 following successful completion of the probationary period.
Working hours are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with r
ota hours between 7:00am and 6:00pm, plus one in three Saturday mornings from 8:00am to 1:00pm.
Previous dealership experience is highly desirable.
Job Duties Include:
Acting as the first point of contact for customers, providing a professional and welcoming service.
Booking vehicle servicing, maintenance and repair appointments.
Preparing accurate job cards and workshop instructions for technicians.
Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process, including progress, costs and completion times.
Liaising with Workshop Controllers and Vehicle Technicians to ensure efficient workshop operations.
Preparing service estimates and explaining recommended repairs to customers.
Identifying opportunities to recommend additional services and necessary repairs.
Processing invoices and payments.
Handling customer enquiries and resolving complaints professionally.
Maintaining accurate customer records and completing all relevant administration.
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor, ideally within a franchised dealership.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a busy automotive environment.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to remain calm and work effectively under pressure, particularly for the Cardiff location.
Good IT, administration and customer management skills.
Ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
A professional, proactive and customer-focused attitude.
