£25,000 basic, £50,000 OTE
Monday - Friday - 8:30 - 18:00
Saturday 8:30 - 5:30
Sundays + 1 weekday every other week off

Are you a driven and customer-focused individual with a passion for automotive sales? We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Automotive Sales Executive to join our Clients team in Evesham. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy building relationships with customers, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing expert advice and guidance on vehicle options.
Conduct test drives and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our vehicles.
Negotiate prices and terms to close sales and achieve targets.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.Requirements:
Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably within the automotive industry.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
