What You Will Do: 

- Lead the coordination of vehicle weight data across all functional teams to ensure seamless integration.

- Own programme-level weight targets, including setting, balancing, and reporting status to senior teams.

- Utilise control models to determine mass and loads for all buildable derivatives within the programme.

- Resolve key mass-related issues, including load distribution and target gaps, with precision and expertise.

- Create and validate vehicle mass property models and loading charts, ensuring feasibility and accuracy.

- Conduct verification of weight for prototype and production vehicles, ensuring compliance with standards.

What You Will Bring:

- Proven understanding of weight and mass properties and their interaction with other vehicle attributes.

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage workloads effectively.
