Are you a recent Automotive Engineering or Mechanical Engineering graduate looking to build your career within the automotive testing sector?
This is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist engineering and testing environment in Basildon, supporting customer test programmes from planning through to delivery. You'll gain practical experience with test equipment, instrumentation, test methodologies and engineering problem-solving.
Your background as an Automotive Engineering Graduate:
• Degree qualified in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Motorsport Engineering or a similar discipline.
• Strong interest in automotive testing and practical engineering.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Comfortable working hands-on with engineering equipment and basic instrumentation.
• Good communication skills with the ability to produce clear technical documentation.
• Full UK driving licence required.
Automotive Engineering Graduate responsibilities:
• Support the delivery of customer automotive test programmes.
• Assist with test setup, instrumentation and data collection.
• Support the development of test methods, procedures, rigs, jigs and fixtures.
• Produce technical documentation, reports and risk assessments.
• Work across different testing disciplines and support engineers with technical problem-solving.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects and improvements to testing processes.
