In this role, you will be implementing new processes along with improving existing processes in order to further the efficiency of manufacturing operations. Working as an individual in a close-knit, medium-sized team, there will be a high level of responsibility in reducing the labour requirement in the production environment.
The successful candidate will have strong a automation engineering background within a manufacturing environment, and experience improving the efficiency of processes.

The Role
Take initiative in improving the efficiency of manufacturing operations
Liaise with client on project requirements
Take responsibility for the design, specification, and manufacturing process to aid drive quick and sustainable growth
Communicate with the Operations and New Product Introduction team to ensure efficient methods
The Person
Automation Engineer experience
Manufacturing background
Experience evaluating processes and implementing strategies to improve efficiency
Experience within the injection moulding industry (desirable)
