Automation Engineer
We are working with a leading UK manufacturer and worldwide supplier of bespoke automated machinery that has been established for over 40 years. Due to a period of growth, they require an Automation Engineer.
Role of the Automation Engineer
You will play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining automated systems, processes, and PLCs in an automated environment.
The Automation Engineer will be responsible for:
Create solutions for automation as well as control-related functionality.
Configure controls and HMI's.
Troubleshoot and modify existing PLCs.
A successful Automation Engineer will need:
Previous experience working with PLC's
PLC experience in an automation environment
Operating control systems in a maintenance capacity
