Auto Repair Technician
Permanent | £33,000 per annum | Monday to Friday
Prestige Recruitment Specialists are recruiting an experienced Auto Repair Technician to join a growing business on a permanent basis.
This is a newly created position due to continued growth, offering long-term stability, regular weekday hours and the opportunity to earn additional income through overtime.
The role
You will be responsible for carrying out a range of vehicle maintenance and repair work to a consistently high standard. Duties will include:
Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults
Completing vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs
Inspecting vehicles and identifying required work
Replacing faulty or worn components
Completing work safely and efficiently
Maintaining accurate records of work undertaken
Ensuring a high standard of workmanship and customer service
The ideal candidate
Level 3 qualified in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or an equivalent qualification
Previous experience working as a Vehicle Technician or Auto Repair Technician
Confident completing servicing, diagnostics and general repairs
Able to work independently and as part of a growing team
Full UK driving licence preferred
Own tools preferred
Reliable, organised and committed to producing quality work
Salary and benefits
£33,000 per annum
Permanent position
Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm
Overtime available
28 days' holiday, including bank holidays
