The Role

As an Autism Support Expert, you will:

Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with ASD
Implement structured routines and individual learning strategies
Support communication using tools such as visual aids and PECS
Help students develop social skills, emotional regulation, and independence
Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and therapists to deliver tailored support

What We're Looking For

Proven experience supporting children or young people with Autism (ASD)
Understanding of EHCPs and personalised learning approaches
A calm, patient, and adaptable approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Background in education, care, or support work (school-based experience desirable)
