Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with autism? Our client school in Camden is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Autism Support Assistant to join their team immediately.

Role Overview: As an Autism Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with autism, helping them to achieve their full potential in an inclusive and nurturing environment. Your primary responsibilities will include providing individualized support, implementing tailored learning strategies, and collaborating with teachers and support staff to ensure a positive educational experience for all students.

Responsibilities:

Individualized Support: Provide one-on-one assistance to students with autism, addressing their unique needs and helping them overcome barriers to learning.
Tailored Learning Strategies: Develop and implement personalized learning plans to support student progress and engagement.
Emotional and Social Guidance: Offer emotional and social support to students, fostering confidence and resilience.
Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, support staff, and external professionals to create a cohesive support network for students.
Progress Monitoring: Track and report on student progress, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
Inclusive Environment: Promote a positive and inclusive school culture where all students feel valued and supported.
Mandatory Requirements:

The Right to Work in the UK
An enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application through us
