Pay Scale: Starting at £13.45 per hour, rising to £13.67 after engagement.Opportunity to progress to £14.15 at your own pace.

This post is a good opportunity for those with a generic support worker experience to specialise. 

The Role:
✔ Build meaningful relationships and create personalised support plans
✔ Encourage independence and community involvement
✔ Support activities like swimming, scenic walks, social outings & more
✔ Work across Housing Support & Outreach services in a varied and fulfilling role
