Spencer Clarke Group are very excited to announce that we are supporting an excellent, forward-thinking accountancy firm based in Chester.

This firm is a leading North-West Accountancy practice who are known for having a friendly and supportive team culture and a wide range of clients that means that their team benefit from working with an interesting mix of industries and types of business.

Our client is seeking to expand their excellent team with an Auditor within their Chester office.

As Auditor, you will be responsible

Supporting the Audit Partner to plan and execute audits for our diverse, growing client base
Leading the onsite audit team to deliver an efficient audit
Building relationships with clients
Experience/skills we are looking for:

At least 2 year's experience working within an audit team
ACA/ACCA qualified or actively studying towards these qualifications
Experience of using a paperless audit system
A proactive attitude, with great organisation skills to work to agreed timescales
You will thrive working to achieve alongside an experienced, supportive team
You will be motivated by a fast paced and environment and excited to immerse yourself in our lively culture and business.
Remuneration and

Salary in line with current market rates
Annual salary review

35 hours per week (currently being trialed over a 4 day week)
25 days holiday plus bank holidays (20 days for a 4 day week)
