Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and deadlines.

* Conduct risk assessments and develop comprehensive audit plans tailored to each client's needs.

* Perform detailed testing of financial data, internal controls, and compliance procedures.

* Analyse audit findings, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations to clients.

* Foster strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and delivering exceptional service at every stage of the engagement.

* Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to facilitate their professional growth.

Qualifications and Requirements:

* ACA or ACCA qualification, or actively pursuing certification (part-qualified).

* Previous experience in practice accountancy, with a focus on audit engagements.

* Sound knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and regulatory requirements.

* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex financial data accurately.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues.
