About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Audio-Visual Installation Engineer to join a growing team. This role focuses on installing, configuring, and maintaining AV systems across various client sites, ensuring high-quality results and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Install a wide range of AV equipment, including projectors, screens, speakers, microphones, video conferencing systems, and control panels.
Follow technical drawings, schematics, and installation plans to deliver high-quality setups.
Ensure installations comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
Maintain and check company vehicles to ensure they are roadworthy.
Take responsibility for personal tools and PPE, replacing any defective or unsafe equipment as required.
Work closely with other engineers, subcontractors, and project managers to meet deadlines and client expectations.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Skills and Experience Required
Proven experience in AV installations.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites.
