Job Title: AV Sales Executive
Location: Home-based in Midlands/North region, occasional travel to Hampshire office required.

Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and confident individual with a proven track record in Audio-Visual sales or account management. As an AV Sales Representative, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base in the Midlands/North region while nurturing existing client relationships. This role requires strong communication skills, technical knowledge of AV solutions, and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
Main Responsibilities:
• Drive new business growth and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Prepare customized quotations and proposals for client requirements.
• Participate in tender submissions and bid processes.
• Conduct client meetings and site surveys to understand and fulfill customer needs.
• Attend internal sales meetings to present forecasts and strategies.
• Develop strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and distributors through networking activities.
Experience Required:
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in AV sales.
• Knowledge of video conferencing, digital signage, and meeting/classroom AV solutions.
• Ability to qualify leads and cultivate client relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
Advantageous:
• CTS qualification.
• ECS certification.
• Previous experience in IT sales.
Key Competencies:

• Understanding of AV technologies, including VC and UC.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
