Attendance Officer

A school in Watford is seeking an experienced Attendance Officer to join their team on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitoring and managing student attendance and punctuality

*

Following up on absences and maintaining accurate records

*

Liaising with parents, staff, and external agencies

*

Supporting strategies to improve whole-school attendance

Requirements:

*

Previous experience working as an Attendance Officer within a school

*

Strong administrative and organisational skills

*

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

*

Familiarity with school MIS systems is desirable
