We are currently working s superb high school based in West London to recruit an Attendance Office to join their team immediately. The role will be Monday to Friday and would suit an experienced School Administrator or Attendance Officer with experience with the following:
* Excellent communication skills both written and oral
* A good understanding of attendance
* Strong safeguarding acumen
* Working knowledge of SIMS
You will be joining a friendly and efficient office team who work together to make sure parents, pupils and staff have everything they need to make every school day successful. Along with the front of house team you will provide a welcoming environment for visitors to the school and pass information professionally and confidentially where required to ensure the school is running effectively.
As an Attendance Officer you will be required to liaise with parents and staff to ensure that all children on roll are attending school and report any issues to the Senior Management Team and specialist teams as required.
