We are seeking a dedicated Attendance Officer to join a dynamic team at an SEN School located in West Drayton. Conveniently situated close to the Elizabeth Line, the school provides a nurturing environment for students with diverse learning needs.
As an Attendance Officer, you will play a crucial role in promoting positive attendance and punctuality among the students. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing the ARBOR attendance management system efficiently and accurately.
Monitoring and recording student attendance and absence.
Liaising with parents, guardians, and external agencies to address attendance concerns.
Implementing strategies to support students with attendance barriers.
Collaborating with the wider school community to promote a culture of attendance excellence.Requirements as an Attendance Officer in West Drayton:
Previous experience working with the ARBOR management system is essential.
A genuine passion for working with students with SEN.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
