GSL Education are seeking a passionate and dedicated Attendance / Adminsitartion officer for a long-term position in a Post 16 College in Sheffield.
Key Responsibilities:
Being first point of contact for the college - Welcoming students and visitors
Unings SIMs to monitor and follow up non - attenders.
Provide Admin support throughiut the College.
Undertake basic receptionist duties

The Ideal Candidate Will:
Have Expiernece using SIMs software - particularly within attandance
Be proffesional and polite
Have excellent customer service skills.
Be confident speaking to students and parents both in person and over the phone.
Be able to work independantly as well as part of a team.
