Description:

Publicis Sapient is seeking an Associate Relations Analyst to join our dynamic and high performing Global Analyst Relations team. You will be an integral part of our efforts to enhance our company's visibility and reputation within the industry. You will support the development and maintenance of relationships with industry analysts driving brand awareness and supporting the execution of impactful Analyst Relations program.

Your Management: Join the Analyst Relations team in maintaining strong relationships with industry analysts through participation in inquiries, briefings, and industry events.

Research Response: Assist major analyst evaluative research responses, aiding in project management, information gathering, and coordination with internal stakeholders.

Engagement Coordination: Coordinate activities with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate deliverables in response to analyst requests

Program Activities: Drive program activities, including briefings, analyst inquiries, interviews etc.

Impact Measurement: Track and report on notable recognitions, tips, callouts from analyst interactions, new research papers, and coverage.

Build Brand Awareness: Assist awareness of the Publicis Sapient brand among key industry analysts from influential firms such as IDC, Gartner, HFS and others.

Qualifications

Experience: Experience in business, communications, or a related field, with a background in professional services or technology provider industries.

Project Management: Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to assist in managing multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Communication Skills: Strong communication, writing, and editing skills, with the ability to balance thinking and tactical execution.

Team Player: Collaborative team player with a proactive and data-driven mindset.

Independence: Comfortable working independently, demonstrating excellent judgment for the company's best interest and strong situational analysis.

Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communications.

Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
