Role Overview:
The Associate Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for providing downstream marketing execution leadership for Microbiology Products for Assay Development & Quality Controls in EMEA including responsibility for driving demand generation and supporting regional revenue targets.
Key Duties:
The Associate Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for:
* Providing downstream marketing execution leadership
* Responsible for driving demand generation and supporting regional revenue targets
* Drive revenue expansion through effective product positioning
* Promote the products relative to local customer needs and competition
* Ensuring maximum impact of marketing programs from creation to implementation
Who we are looking for:
* Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
* 3+ plus years broad based progressive marketing experience; familiarity with products used in regulated environments preferred.
* Fluent in English. Any other EU language is a plus.
* Expertise and experience marketing Diagnostics or Life Science portfolios.
* Strong marketing expertise and experience in the European market.
* Experience in managing translations and advertising agencies.
* Direct experience creating and delivering marketing programs for product categories or customer segments.
* Analytical; understands data management and application of data to solve marketing problems.
* Strong practices related to measuring campaign effectiveness, attribution/contribution, and testing.
* Exhibits great creativity and resourcefulness, with the ability to take calculated and bold risks to meet desired results.
* Ability to improve marketing ROI and directly impact revenue.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly and concisely communicate to all levels of the organization.
