Description:

Conrad Consulting are recruiting for an established construction and property consultancy seeking an experienced Associate or Senior Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Slough.

The successful candidate will work on major data centre projects, providing commercial and quantity surveying expertise across technically complex developments.

The Role

Provide quantity surveying and cost management services

Manage commercial aspects of major data centre projects

Advise clients on cost, procurement and commercial strategy

Manage project costs from pre-contract through to completion

Support procurement and tendering activities

Manage commercial reporting and cost control

Work closely with project managers, consultants and contractors

About You

Previous data centre experience is essential, together with expert knowledge of the FIDIC Yellow Book.

You should be an experienced Quantity Surveyor operating at Associate or Senior Associate level, with excellent client-facing and commercial skills.

This is a strong opportunity for an ambitious senior QS to work on major data centre projects within a leading consultancy
