Associate Quantity Surveyor

Archer Recruitment is working with a large independent construction consultancy in London to recruit an Associate Quantity Surveyor. The Associate will join an experienced cost management team, taking the lead on a number of key clients & projects, and managing junior surveyors.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious QS with aspirations to become an Equity Partner of a highly successful and well-renowned business in the London market. 

The team works with a blue chip client base of developers, investors and occupiers on projects across sectors including Residential, Hotels, Offices and Data Centres. Rather than being restricted to one sector, you will be given exposure to a variety of different projects.

The Associate will oversee QS services from inception to completion on major projects, working closely alongside the client teams. They will monitor a number of projects at one time and be responsible for managing significant capital expenditure budgets. In addition to this, the Associate will manage a team of junior surveyors and work with the management team to develop new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate for this role will be a RICS chartered Quantity Surveyor with 6+ years' PQS experience in the built environment, and will have ran their own projects above £15m value.

This client will pay a salary up to £90,000 with additional benefits including bonus, 30 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), private medical cover, enhanced private pension scheme, health and leisure incentives, season ticket loan, life assurance, and professional and educational fees are also paid for.
