Associate Marketing Director
18 month FTC
Attractive salary and bonus
Hybrid (1-2 days in an Oxfordshire Office)
This senior marketing opportunity with an exciting and highly innovative organisation would suit a proven Life Science/Biotech focused marketer with a track-record leading a team to develop and implement marketing strategy across marketing communication channels.
You’ll have a captive market as the company are pioneers and the go-to organisation for cutting edge technologies that have broad reaching applications across molecular research and are now exploring clinical applications.
Essentials for the role are:
* Proven Leadership experience
* Life Sciences degree (or several years working for a Life Science company managing marketing functions)
* Several years’ experience in Life Science marketing at a managerial level
* Hands-on experience with marketing communication channels and functions
* Experience of strategic planning & mapping as well as overseeing implementation of plans
* Strong knowledge of multi-media formats and their applications
* Experience of developing in-house content plus liaising with agencies
* Global outreach experience
* Analytical with a commercial outlook
