Northbrook College, part of the Chichester College Group have an exciting opportunity for a Associate Lecturer in Uniformed Services at our Broadwater Campus.. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, we will offer a competitive salary of £25.30 - £39.47 per hour.
The Associate Lecturer in Uniformed Services role:
We are seeking to appoint an Associate Lecturer to deliver an exceptional student experience through the delivery of outstanding teaching, learning and assessment leading to positive achievement outcomes and progression on to higher levels of study, employment, or apprenticeships. Also to undertake responsibilities for assisting in the course management, being responsible for the application of awarding/validating body regulations and procedures and upholding academic standards.
Key Responsibilities of our Associate Lecturer in Uniformed Services:
You will also be responsible for managing all aspects of the student journey, including student recruitment, course induction, curriculum planning, teaching, learning and assessment, feedback to students, monitoring of student progress, student achievement, and all associated course and quality related administration.
Our ideal Associate Lecturer in Uniformed Services should have the below skills and experience:
Experience of working within a Uniformed service (Army, RAF, Police etc)
Experience of teaching and assessing?learners and managing diverse groups of students.
Teaching qualification or willingness to work toward a Level 3 qualification in first year of employment.
