Associate Geo-Environmental Engineer

An opportunity has come available for an Associate Geo-Environmental Engineer in the Birmingham area to build and develop a Ground engineering team for a large scale multi-disciplinary consultancy.

Due to company expansion and building multiple ground engineering teams in the North and South, I am now looking for an Associate Geo-Environmental Engineer or Geotechnical Engineer to build and develop a department to support the wider Geo team and to support other disciplines.

As an Associate Geo-Environmental Engineer your role will be to build and develop a team whilst delivering the technical output of small-to-large scale Geo-Environmental and Geotechnical projects within a range of sectors both private and public. Although they already have an established workload and client base, you will be expected to capitalise on this with your own business development.

The successful Associate Geo-Environmental Engineer should be chartered, well-rounded Geo-Environmental / Geotechnical Engineer with extensive experience in delivering ground engineering project from inception through to completion. You must have team and client management experience with a drive to build something of your own.

You will be reporting into the divisional partner but have the autonomy of the Birmingham team.
