An award-winning building services consultancy is looking to appoint a Principal or Associate Electrical Engineer to join its growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering complex and architecturally-driven projects across the commercial, residential, hospitality, education and mixed-use sectors. The Role
Youll play a key role in leading electrical design delivery, developing client relationships and mentoring engineers, whilst helping shape the future growth of the business.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading electrical building services design projects from concept to completion
Managing client relationships and project delivery
Providing technical leadership and quality assurance
Mentoring and developing junior engineers
Supporting business development activities
Working closely with senior leadership on project strategy and growth
Requirements
Strong electrical building services consultancy background
Experience leading projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams
Commercial awareness and client-facing experience
Chartered status or working towards chartership preferred
Ambition to progress into a senior leadership role
