What you can bring

Experience working in the UK water industry, with proven skills in growing and building strong relationships with clients. May include Technical skills in Wastewater Infrastructure design and/or hydraulic modelling.
Experience in managing projects, leading teams, and development of people.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to have technical discussions with colleagues and clients in a logical and coherent manor.
Relevant degree or vocational qualification.
Chartered with a relevant professional institution (i.e. ICE or CIWEM), would be advantageous.Over the next 10 years, our client is planning to expand the Practice rapidly to meet their clients' objectives. Responsibilities

Leading a dynamic project delivery team, responsible for the successful delivery of one of our top Infrastructure Water Company frameworks.
Team Lead (& Line Manager) for range of technical disciplines including modellers, designers and PMs. Responsible for supporting in career development for team.
The development of client relationships with our key Water Company and non-Water Company clients.
Project Management and Project Direction, including managing resources, budgets and programmes and coordinating with other disciplines.
Driving continuous improvement in project delivery.
