Calibre Search are working with a striving Independent Consultancy who are now looking to bring in an experienced Associate Quantity Surveyor to join them in Wigan.
Be part of a skilled and pro-active team who offer a wide range of services which include Cost Management, Employers Agent, Fund Monitoring and full project management. They have some fantastic projects which you will be play a big part in which include various high profile BTR Residential sites, student accommodation and a huge town regeneration framework which will involve a multitude of new build and major refurb projects.
Ideally, you will be confident in being client facing as a Quantity Surveyor with previous knowledge and background working within a similar consultancy environment perhaps at Senior level looking for that step up to Associate and wanting to become more of a team leader. MRICS qualified would be ideal however not essential as they have an APC Accessor to assist if you wish to become chartered.

Duties/Responsibilities/Requirements
Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and cohesively as part of a team
The ability to deal/face Clients of all levels and desire to develop further business
Professional presentation, attention to detail and flexibility within all work matters.
Offering Pre & Post Contract services - Final Accounts/BOQ's/measurements etc
Project Management/Employer Agent Services/ on-site travel & inspections.
Ideally MRICS or close to achieving
Commercially minded and always striving to improve services
