Job Overview:

We have an opportunity for an Associate Director of Recruitment to join the Recruitment Team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Recruitment the Associate Director of Recruitment you will be responsible for managing and executing the recruitment strategies, processes, and initiatives to attract, hire, and retain top talent for the organisation. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to understand hiring needs, developing recruitment plans, and implementing effective sourcing and selection techniques. This is a fully office based role so the successful candidate should be based within a commutable distance to our head office. Some travel may be required as part of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

* To collaborate with senior management to develop recruitment strategies in line with organisational goals and objectives

* Identify emerging trends and best practices in recruitment to enhance talent acquisition efforts

* Utilise a variety of methods to attract qualified candidates.

* Collaborate with hiring managers and development heads to understand their staffing need.

* Data analysis and reporting.

Experience / Qualification:

* Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a leadership or managerial role.

* Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

* Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and candidates.

* Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.

* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
