£47,000 - £65,000K + hybrid work + 5% pension contribution + full or part time + 25 day (+ bank)

Are you an Associate Director of Ecology or an ambitious principal consultant looking to take the next step?

Fantastic opportunity for an ecologist to join an award winning environmental consultancy, in a varied role managing complex projects, providing clients with tailored solutions and mentoring fellow staff.

The company is multi-disciplinary consultancy, operating across the UK. Through an emphasis on developing internal talent and investing in the latest technology, they are a key player in the industry. With an emphasis on collaboration, there is plenty of opportunity to gain experience in other disciplines.

In this role, you will use your technical experience to manage complex sites and multi-species mitigation projects, as well as mentoring less experienced staff.

The ideal candidate will be an associate director of ecology/principal consultant and hold at least one protected species license.

The Role:
*Multi-disciplinary projects.
*Manage complex sites and multi-species mitigation projects.
*Leading design team and client meetings.
*Mentoring fellow staff members.
*Customer focussed role, providing solutions and best practice guidance.

The Person:
*Ecologist.
*Mitigation license holder for at least one protected species.
*Consultancy background.
*Associate director or principal looking to move up into director level.
