Ready to take the next step in your civil engineering career? This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Associate Director to help shape the future of an established civil engineering team, drive technical excellence and play a key role in developing client relationships.
Our client is seeking a motivated and commercially aware civil engineering professional to support the growth of its civils team, combining strong technical expertise with project leadership, team development and a passion for sustainable engineering solutions.
You will take a leading role in the delivery of below-ground drainage projects from inception through to completion, overseeing design quality, managing project delivery and building strong relationships with clients and colleagues. You will also mentor and support junior engineers, helping to develop talent and foster a collaborative, forward-thinking team environment.
The successful candidate will bring strong experience in drainage design, with a sound understanding of relevant legislation, industry standards and SuDS principles. Proficiency in software such as MicroDrainage and Civil 3D will be important, alongside the ability to manage multiple projects, provide technical guidance and contribute to proposals and business development activities.
