A well-respected multi-disciplinary property and building consultancy are seeking an Associate Director Building Surveyor to strengthen their team in Manchester.
This role presents a remarkable opportunity for an experienced Associate Director Building Surveyor to play a pivotal leadership role within the consultancy.
The Associate Director Building Surveyor role
The successful Associate Director Building Surveyor will be involved within generating new business, managing client accounts, and fostering the growth and development of the Manchester team.
Working across a diverse range of sectors, including commercial, industrial, hotel & leisure, public, education, heritage, and retail, the Associate Director Building Surveyor will specialize in professional services such as dilapidations and technical due diligence.
The Associate Director Building Surveyor
Demonstrable experience as a Building Surveyor at an Associate Director level, preferably within a multi-disciplinary consultancy environment.
Expertise in sectors such as commercial, industrial, hotel & leisure, public, education, heritage, and retail.
Proven business development skills with a track record of generating new business and managing client relationships.
Exceptional leadership qualities, capable of mentoring and developing team members.
MRICS qualification is highly regarded.In return?
