Join our client, a world-renowned engineering consultancy, and play a vital role in shaping some of their exciting airport projects around the world. They are looking for an Associate Director to lead a team and deliver exceptional results for their clients.
In this role, you will:
Lead a team undertaking technical design work within an airport environment.
Work with clients to understand their objectives and deliver successful projects.
Contribute to the development of the company's airport civil engineering business.
Demonstrate expertise in airfield pavement design, materials specification, and maintenance.
Successfully coordinate and deliver design solutions on time and within budget.To be successful, you will have:
Chartered or Fellow Civil Engineer status.
Many years of design experience in an airport environment (or transferable skills).
A strong understanding of airfield and infrastructure design, with a proven track record of delivering projects from concept to completion.
Knowledge of UK and/or international pavement design methods.
Excellent client relationship management and business development skills.
The ability to prepare proposals and manage project budgets.What they offer:
