Description:

Randstad is working with a boutique landscape architecture and master-planning design consultancy in the search for an Associate Director of Landscape Architecture to join the team in London, UK or Dubai, UAE. With a focus on large-scale hospitality projects, this role demands a creative individual with a passion for conceptual design and a track record of success in international ventures.

Responsibilities:

Lead the conceptualisation and execution of landscape architecture projects, focusing on large-scale hospitality developments.
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of landscape design with architectural vision.
Liaise directly with clients (Architects and end user clients i.e Developers) and ensure quality service is provided on all projects
Drive innovation and sustainability initiatives, pushing the boundaries of design excellence
Oversee and assist with preparation of design reports to support landscape submissions
Mentor and inspire junior team members, fostering a culture of creativity and collaborationRequirements:

Bachelor Degree in Landscape Architecture or related field
15+ years of experience in landscape architecture and urban design
Strong conceptual design skills and a keen eye for detail, coupled with a deep understanding of hospitality environments
