Senior Associate – Business Development & Marketing (FTC)
6-month fixed term (potential for perm) | ASAP start | London / Hybrid

Creideas is partnering with a highly regarded international organisation operating at the heart of the global financial services sector. This is a highly visible, commercially focused role, stepping into an established position at a time of positive growth and change.

You’ll play a key role in driving membership-facing business development and marketing activity, working across an international stakeholder base to support growth and engagement across the organisation’s education offering.

The opportunity This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role sitting at the intersection of business development, marketing and stakeholder engagement. You’ll be responsible for sustaining momentum in an already successful function while bringing fresh thinking around how the organisation engages its global membership base.

Key responsibilities
Managing and progressing a pipeline of member and prospect engagement activity, supporting revenue generation across education programmes
Acting as a key point of contact for members, building strong relationships across L&D, HR and commercial teams
Supporting the delivery of targeted marketing campaigns across digital channels, email and events
Working collaboratively with internal teams (membership, events, content) and external partners to deliver joined-up campaigns
Tracking and reporting on performance, identifying opportunities to enhance conversion and engagement
Supporting ongoing development of the organisation’s marketing approach and messagingAbout you
Proven experience across business development, marketing or membership engagement roles within an education or training environment
Strong stakeholder management skills, confident engaging with international and senior audiences
Experience working in a membership organisation, financial services, or professional services environment
Commercially aware, with the ability to manage a pipeline and drive outcomes
Comfortable working at pace and taking ownership of delivery
