Property Asset Management Surveyors in London, read below!!!
We are partnered with a leading UK wide property practice and specifically their property asset management team in their search for a property asset management surveyor up to Associate level. Based out of their London City offices, you will be working with their most prestigious private clients covering central and Greater London patch. For this role and the clients you will be supporting, they require someone with specific L&T experience as well as standard service charge management experience. You will report into the head of commercial property management.
The main crux of the asset classes are offices and industrial with some retail. Clients they manage are typically family investment companies, but they work with pension funds and singular HNWIs.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL?
* MRICS qualification
* Proven track record and experience of managing commercial property. Can be from Estate Manager background.
* Some experience of L&T matters/wider AM duties.
* Willing to work on a hybrid basis.
* IT literate/proficient in use of Microsoft Office suite.
* Extensive experience within the commercial property market.
* Ability to effectively and efficiently manage workloads
* Strong planning, organisational and communication skills
