Associate Building Surveyor

I'm working with a highly regarded multidisciplinary property consultancy that is looking to appoint an Associate Building Surveyor to join its established Bristol office.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced MRICS Building Surveyor looking to step into a leadership role within a well-respected consultancy. You'll take the lead on a varied workload across both professional and project work, manage key client relationships, mentor junior surveyors, and play an active role in the continued growth of the team.

The Role

Deliver a broad range of professional building surveying services across commercial property.

Lead refurbishment, fit-out and maintenance projects from inception through to completion.

Undertake contract administration, technical due diligence, condition surveys and defect diagnosis.

Advise clients on dilapidations, landlord and tenant matters and planned preventative maintenance.

Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying new business opportunities.

Mentor APC and junior surveyors, supporting their professional development.

Contribute to the strategic growth of the Bristol Building Consultancy team.

About You

MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor.

Strong experience delivering both professional and project work.

Proven ability to manage clients and projects independently.

Commercially minded with excellent communication skills.

Previous experience mentoring or managing junior surveyors is desirable.

Ambitious and looking to progress within a leading consultancy.
