Description:
This is a Permanent, Full-time position with hybrid working arrangements, combining commercial building surveying delivery with team management, client development and business growth responsibilities.
Responsibilities
* Lead surveys, TDD, dilapidations, party wall matters and planned maintenance commissions.
* Oversee new-build, refurbishment and maintenance projects through to completion.
* Develop client relationships and generate new instructions through business development activity.
* Lead and mentor building surveying professionals.
* Manage bids and support commercial objectives and revenue development.
Requirements
* MRICS professional qualification.
* Broad post-qualification commercial building surveying experience.
* Experience acting as Contract Administrator and Employer’s Agent.
* Knowledge of construction, procurement, tendering and contract strategies.
* Experience leading teams and negotiating professional fees.
Salary & Package
* £70,000 - £80,000 salary plus bonus.
