Job Overview
Associate Architect job in Winchester with a practice working on healthcare projects. This role is suited to an experienced architect with strong project delivery ability, team leadership skills, and confidence working in a client-facing position. The role offers hybrid working, flexible hours, and responsibility across technical delivery and coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
You will support project delivery across healthcare schemes, working closely with internal teams and external consultants.
* Lead projects through delivery stages
* Coordinate design and technical information
* Manage and support project teams
* Liaise with clients and consultants
* Maintain quality across project outputs
Skills & Experience Required
* Suitable applicants will have proven experience in architectural project delivery and team coordination.
* ARB registered Architect
* Healthcare project experience
* Strong technical delivery skills
* Confident leading project teams
* Excellent communication skills
