Assistant Technical Manager
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Technical Manager to support our team in overseeing the technical aspects of our clients PFI projects. The successful candidate will work closely with the Manager to ensure the efficient operation, maintenance, and optimisation of infrastructure assets throughout their lifecycle.

Duties Include:
Assist in managing the technical performance of PFI projects, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and industry standards.
Conduct regular inspections and assessments of infrastructure assets, assisting in identifying maintenance needs, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Support the development and implementation of asset management strategies to enhance the resilience, reliability, and sustainability of infrastructure assets.
Collaborate with internal teams, external contractors, and stakeholders to deliver effective asset management solutions and address technical issues.
Provide technical support and guidance to project teams, assisting in ensuring alignment with project objectives and requirements.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Building Surveying, or a related field
- Previous experience in a technical capacity within the infrastructure or construction sector is required, with exposure to PFI projects being particularly desirable.
- Proficiency in technical asset management principles such as asset lifecycle management and risk assessment.
- Familiarity with technical standards, regulations, and best practices
