You’ll be site based in North London, working closely with the Senior Design and Technical manager, supporting them and assisting in the coordination of the technical design for construction projects.

Duties will be split between The Hyde to support ongoing phased handovers and extensive and complicated remedial works, as well as providing on going technical support to the North-West team.

You’ll need to be adaptable and flexible, as the role supports projects in North London and in the North West. Although site-based in North London, the role will require you to travel to our head office in Stratford, and occasionally visit sites in the North-West (Winsford and Delamere, in Cheshire).

You will have previous experience working for a contractor or developer in the housing sector. An understanding of the Building Regulations and renewable technologies will be essential.

Ideally, you will have experience in high-rise handovers, as well as monitoring contractors for traditional builds. You’ll be a confident communicator, able to build strong stakeholder relationships, be a good problem-solver and have strong analytical skills. Also, project management skills and a high level of computer literacy will be required.

If you are interested in this role and have the experience required, then apply without delay!

We are a multi-site organisation, so some roles may require occasional travel between offices, but expenses will be covered.
